Tuesday, October 4 – Readings of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving, 6pm & 7pm. Wednesday, October 12 – Skull Mask Painting, 6pm $2.00 per mask. The Irvington Halloween Festival Planning Committee have begun meeting on the third Wednesday of every month in the basement of the Irvington Presbyterian Church at 6pm.  Meetings began on June 15th.  All who are interested in volunteering are welcome to attend. Our friend Wayne Kimmell, a renowned Irvington artist, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 27th. Our condolences go out to his family. He was an amazing artist and a wonderful person. Wayne was the artist for the 2007 and 2009 Irvington Halloween Festival posters. He will be missed.
